Radical Routes

Plan B is a Manchester-based housing coop and the latest addition to the Radical Routes family, having joined the network at the Brighton gathering in mid-November 2009.

We are currently viewing large properties in South Manchester with a view to providing housing and resources (eg. a library or meeting space) for Manchester's social change community. To make this happen, we are looking for investment in loan stock. We are taking loans of anything over £500 and can offer flexible terms and interest rates.
